Hello forestry and fire friends,
The Central Coast Prescribed Burn Association is excited to announce the first, Forester TREX (Prescribed Fire Training Exchange), June 3-6th, 2024, in Santa Cruz County.
Join other CA forestry professionals from around the State -Registered Professional Foresters, forestry techs, LTOs, forestry students, and forestry related workers- who are interested in incorporating Rx fire into their land management efforts. A link to the application page can be found here. Those with little to no burning experience are encouraged to apply.
