Central Coast PBA - Forester TREX application deadline

Greetings Dendrophiles and Pyrophiles,

After the great success of the 2024 Forester TREX, the Central Coast Prescribed Burn Association and Blodgett Forest Research Station (home of pyro-silviculture research) are excited to announce the upcoming 2025 Forester TREX (Prescribed Fire Training Exchange), Oct. 26th - 31st,  in El Dorado County.

Join other CA forestry professionals from around the State -Registered Professional Foresters, forestry techs, LTOs, forestry students, and forestry related workers- who are interested in incorporating Rx fire into their land management efforts. A link to the application page can be found here. Those with little to no burning experience are encouraged to apply. Deadline to apply is May 18th 2025.
